Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on this SITE represents the full retail price for the product itself. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants or distributors, the List Price for products may differ.

With respect to items sold by SilkenOnSex.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

  • If the mispricing is discovered prior to shipping and the correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If the mispricing is discovered prior to shipping and the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • If an item is mispriced and the error is discovered after shipping or electronic delivery, we will refund any over-charge within 10 business days of discovery.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by MyEroticAudio.com. Your purchases from third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
You expressly agree that use of SilkenOnSex.com or any of the materials contained therein is at your own and sole risk. The warranties and representations set forth in this agreement are the only warranties and representations with respect to this agreement, and are in lieu of any and all other warranties, written or oral, express or implied, that may arise either by agreement between the parties or by operation of law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  None of these warranties and representations will extend to any third person.

In no event shall SilkenOnSex.com or its affiliates be liable to you, or any other third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages which may arise from any person’s use, misuse, or inability to use the SITE or any of the materials contained therein, even if SITE has been advised of the probability of such damages. This is for any matter arising out of or relating to this agreement, whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort or otherwise, even if SITE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall SITE’S maximum total aggregate liability hereunder for direct damages exceed the total fees actually paid by you for use of a SITE or SITE for a period of no more than one (1) month from the accrual of the applicable cause or causes of action.  Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties and liabilities, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Indemnity
